Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges, refunds or replacements will be accepted only if the shoe or item is returned in perfect condition. This means that it must be returned in the identical condition in which it was supplied. Shoes should be tried on a clean dry surface, preferably a carpet, this is to determine the correct fit only. Return postage must be paid by the customer and we cannot be responsible for any mislaid post. Replacements will have no additional postage charge.
A return or exchange is possible when…
- the items are unworn
- the items are in their original box and protected
- the goods are returned to us within 15 days from the time of receipt. RETURN DATE EXTENDED TO 30 DAYS DURING XMAS AND NEW YEAR!
- the completed Return/Exchange form is in the package, with information on the Order #, the reason for the return, and whether an exchange or refund is requested
- Additional information:
Return costs (shipping) is paid by the customer.
Sale items (items purchased at a reduced price) cannot be returned or exchanged.
During the holidays, I will accept returns & exchanges for all items bought in the 2 weeks leading up to Christmas until the 9th January!
